Complaint Review: Tri-State Mortgage & Insurance

Failure to comply with regulatory laws surrounding real estate mortgage applications (i.e.: Failure to provide good faith estimates, disclosure statements, lying and misleading statments )

Collecting $200 application fees and having the knowledge and intent to do nothing with the applicaton because the borrowers do not qualify.

Informing borrowers that everything is OK and that their loan was "Approved" and after 2, 3 or 4 months telling them that they at one time they were "approved" but now they are not.
