Complaint Review: Tri-Steel

After almost 12 months of communication with Barrie Maher, a lady from Tri-Steel, I paid for two house frames, in total, (almost $40,000) in May 2007 and was promised delivery in August 2007. Nothing arrived and after many false promises I was contacted by Jon Reynolds, the CEO, but only after I said I was reporting the matter to the Dallas Police Fraud Squad. Jon gave me and my investors lots of empty promises and in July 2007 put a blocker on my email address and would not talk to me on the phone. As I live in Panama it was very difficult to do anything. I have now heard that they closed their doors in December 2007. If anyone can verify that, or would lke to contact me about anything to do with this situation, please feel free. I have been in contact with a two former Regional Area Directors for Tri-Steel who have also been ripped off. I have ben told that there were a lot of people in the same situation but Tri-steel have managed to shut a lot of them up just before they get to court. Why don't we start a class action on these people? Is there any course we can take? I am an Australian who is living in Panama so I am not conversant with Texas law procedures.
