I tried to send the item and got an RMA number that was given by customer service which is a cancellation. I told tria that I was unhappy with their product it did not work for me and I was within the 60 days seen on their website to return the product for a full refund. I had to call to get the approval to return the item from Tria and I did that. The sent the email confirmation of a return and they gave me the address to return it. I am attaching the letter they sent me where you can see the rma approval for the return and the cancellation of the agreement weell within the 60 days. 

They did not say not to send it signature required upon delivery so when I sent the item back, I sent it back ot them the exact same way they sent it to me- signature required upon delivery. The USPS attempted a retrun on April 29th at 2:00 pm and Tria did not have anyone sign for it. They have doors to their warehouse I looked at the location. I asked them to accpet the return and they refused. I contacted Tria on April 29th, 30th, May 5, 6, 7 and 8th to get the company to accpet the return and sign for it. They said it is a big warehouse and other companies use it so no one can sign for it .





That made me concerned to return a $200 with no one responsible for it and several companis having access to the return. Their policy makes no sense. The consumer has no signture on any return and that means TRia can say they never got it since no one can accpet or sign for a return. The next red flag was after I kept insisting that I wanted to retrun the item and they should please accept it, Tria then sent me a merchandise return label with a 5 day expriation on it.

The item was still at their post office yet they refused to have the post office deliver it. If they really wanted to honor their return poilcy then they would have made some arrangements to get the laser from their local post office. It sat in their post office for over 2 weeks with no attempts to get the item or wave the signature delivery and assume responsibilty for the item. Keep in mind they impose a time limit and I was well aware that if they delayed it then they would stick me with the bill for something I did not want. They are very dishonest.

I reported it to my credit card company with screenshots, the return confirmations and USPS tracking numbers showing the history and tria refusal to accept responsiblity for an item . It turns out TRia claims they can refuse any return at any time at their discretion. That is not what their sites says. They used that argument and then lied that I did not cancel the product but I had an RMA number and they said I did not have one. They delayed responses and lied to MAster CArd and stcuk me with the bill. They are liars and do not honor the return policy.

The first fedex reciept shows they sent a merchandise return label full well knowing that they had the tria in their post office the 2nd email shows that it was still at their post office and that it had been there a long time.

The label was a waste of time when you have 60 days sending it back and forth across the country is not good.
