I have been with Triad almost 2 years now,I became late on my payments due to extensive medical bills and an emergency in the family.I was told I needed to make two payments to get my car out of repo well I did and not even 10 days later the repo Man showed up at my house!I feel like they are trying to scam me after I have paid a 709.00 monthly payment for the last 2 years and they keep trying to get every dime out of me and then want to repo my vehicle after stating they would NOT do so. If anyone can help me PLEASE let me know.I am going to try to contact my State Attorney Generals Office..

Been a customer for 3 years and really have not had any problems with Triad. From what I can see, most people that place complaints about this company, in most of the complaints theres 1 thing I see. Triad asking for two months worth of payments. Now this tells me that whomever is behind on two months. Just about any Bank will repo if your two months behind, lucky to have gone two months without getting it repo'ed. Hello Idiots, if your behind on your payments, they will repo. I have 1 thing to say, dont be late and they wont bug you, if your late, they will bug you, just like any bank. Communication is the key.
