Complaint Review: Triad Financial

Last year triad went into my bank account and took out payment without my permisssion or authorization. When I called them to confront them about it they said that I authorized it to be electronically debited. Which was totally incorrect and bogus. I asked them to replay the recording, since prior to you reaching an associate it says calls are monitored for quality assistance....HA...Yeah right...!!They couldn't play the tape back b/c they didn't record ANYTHING. B/c I wanted to hear where I said to take the payment out of the account.

It took them about 2 weeks to credit my money back via check b/c they said that they had to handle discrepancies that was there fault and this was my fault. Once the check was received they put a stop payment on it. Luckily, the bank the credited the account.

Triad are a bunch of scams artist, unprofessional, and just plain rude. I would love to join this suit. Please contact on how I can get involved.
