Complaint Review: Triad

I had a car financed through triad four years ago. I was in a car accident and the car was totaled at no fault of mine, my insurance paid all of the car off except for about 1300. I made arrangements with Triad to pay off the remaining balance, but when I was unable to pay them and a new car payment they refused to work with me.

I started receiving rude phone calls from their workers, one in particular was King Solomon, he threatened to garnish my wages.
I followed up with my state and I found it this was illegal, they also sent me a letter with this threat which I still have.

Triad turned the account over to a collection agency by the name of Imperial collection services, when the account was turned over I had a new balance of 1972.00. I have been paying this agency for the past 2yrs and I finally got my balance down to 408.38 as of 083106, and I called the company on 10-04-06 to let them know when I was making my next 2 payments. Well a two days later I get a new letter from a brand new collection agency for the same account.

Triad turned my account over to Chase financial on 10-2-06 and did not notify the previous collection agency, because I spoke with them on 10-04-06 and 10-07-06 and they had know idea that they were no longer handling my account.

I now have a balance of 641.15 with triad, 232.00 has been added on to my account that I have already paid and no one can tell me why. The old collection agency is refusing to send me a print out of what I have paid and the new one will not request one, so they want me to pay money I have already paid. What do I do?
