Complaint Review: Triad Web Design

I contracted Triad Web Design to build a website for me.
After Weeks of mistakes and going back and forth with someone in India, i wasted my time and i knew this was going to be a unprofessional process.
I requested a refund and was informed that 123 triad does not refund any money.
This scam company had the nerve and the audacity to demand the rest of the money ( final invoice)
http://www.123triad.com boasts of a 100% satisfaction and a full refund, the refunds are only valid within 15 days of the signed contract.  before a website was ever built.
This clause protects this scam company called 123 triad to protect themselves of paying a refund.
When i saw the website and all the mistakes, i knew i had made the mistake of trusting this scam company called 123 Triad.  Do not use this company ever. This is the first time i had to  write a report against any company.  Don't use 123 Triad to build your website!
