Triakis Media Group Ron Abir E-Power R/C Received prepaid magazine subscription fees, but did not send any issues after #3. Los Alimitos California
Ron Abir published a model boat magazine titeld "Scale & R/C boats".
This magazine was supposed to be published at least four times a year.
However, after only three issues, all publication stopped.
At least 1200 subscribers were left with nothing, and unable to receive a refund. The money amounts in pre-paid subscriptions alone number in the tens of thousands. It is my opinion that this qualifies as a class-action suit. All attempts to contact Mr. Abir have gone unanswered.
He has used at least two company names for this publication.
Triakis media Group, and E-Power R/C list Ron Abir as contact.
Ron Abir received a manuscript from me for publication in Issue #4.
He has kept all of my documents, photos and CD's. He told me this manuscript would be included in Issue #4, and that I would receive $450 dollars for writing the article and giving him exclusive rights to publish it.
I have received nothing in return.

Please edit your post.
E-Power RC is not the publisher of any magazine.
We do advertise in RC Magazines
We never go any reponses to our ads and it seemed more like 200 subscirbers not 1200 (Not sure were you got that number from)
Did they publish your article? I got all 3 issues and have not seen any Wood Chuck.
