On a Friday I was looking at the Fandango website for movie times and I saw an ad that read "2 FREE Fandango movie tickets" I clicked the link that brought me to the trial pay offer page indicating that I would need to sign up for one the the sponser offers such as Netflix (Free trail), Proactiv, magazine subscriptions..etc. Netflix was titled as an "Instant Offer" so, I clicked and signed up for Netflix. I now have an open account with Netflix. Right after I signed up I checked my offer page with Trial Pay, but there was no movie tickets offer to claim. I emailed their customer support who replied back several hours later with:

"I have checked your customer log, and it appears that our system was unable to verify the Netflix offer you chose to complete. We are currently verifying your account information and receipt with their team. Due to a high volume of inquiries, someone from the TrialPay support team will be in touch with you within 3-5 business days regarding this matter."

Today is Tuesday the following week. I emailed them again to follow up and they replied with:

"As stated in our previous email, we are currently verifying your receipt with the Netflix team, and we will reach out to you as soon as we hear back from them."

I am very upset because this was supposed to be an "Instant offer" promising verfication immediately. I looked all through the Trial Pay website and there is no phone number to call. Only an email address to write to. It often takes them a day or two to write back. I now have an active account with Netflix that I am soon to cancel.
