Complaint Review: Triangle Mobile Home Park

 I am currently tenant of Triangle Mobile Home Park. I lost most of my personal property within the first month due to the condition my trailer was in and I first moved in may 5 of 2015. I then was given a trailer for the trouble of losing my furniture and other things that were important value and no further reimbursement. I moved into the other trailer and the mobile home park owners and management claim site on my trailer but I have no title for it and they claim they cannot find it located in their office. I have several unsafe conditional repairs that need to be redone on the trailer that I moved into on August 6th of 2015. The electrical is pretty bad with only a few breakers and box. I have electrical wiring running out of my kitchen wall up across the ceiling connecting to the light fixture that is showing. The wall paneling and cupboards where reused from other trailers. I have holes in my floors and I have a hole in my back door but I have to block off for the winter time. I have broken windows and the maintenance and manager refuses to fix things and give me the title of this trailer. They are known for harassing tenants as well as calling the police on people with lies. They go in and out of peoples homes as their tenants are either gone moving in or moving out and they steal from them. The manager is known for adding unknown and unnecessary bills to monthly payment receipts. They are also known for taking down condemned signs of different trailers and renting them out to people claiming that they are owners of those condemned trailers after they move in. They will tell you that a trailer is move in ready and which it is false 90% of the time. They are also known for moving people into unsafe places with no furnaces and no hot water heaters xcetera. Someone needs to step in and investigate this trailer park for the safety of their tenants such as everyone including special needs children middle-aged adults and the elderly who are disabled. This trailer park needs to be shut down for its purposes that it has served. The people in here struggle and don't know how to get help through Legal Services. People have contacted legal aid and women's Co-op and still no help. It is also has been on the news for the way we as tenants survive here. These people need help we all need help. This place has it to where no one is able to get out and moving out of here is very hard do to the way the rent is set up. We have a hard time of saving money to move because of the things that take place here. If there is someone out there that can help me please give me feedback as soon as possible.
