On 05.19, wife took a severe stick and fall at Desert Diamond Casino, Nogales Rd., Tucson. Medical Bills are in excess of $300K.  The Insurance adjuster, Ann Cargo, Indian and the adjuster of Tribal First Insurance, San Diego refused to pay my wife's medical bills.  This  rotten , self centered p***k, only helps her own kind.. Thono Odom Tribe... Not once has this rotten p***k, ever approved funds for the White/Anglo Injured Customer!  Never.. and I mean Never .. should this one person or this tribe be allowed to hold a gambling license or given this much decision power!! Stay Away from this Casino.  My wife has developed Paralysis and attempting to find an attorney is impossible!  Ths Insurance Adjuster should Rot in Hell and Die!

The facts are: My wife did not enter casino with multiple fractures and $300K in required surgeries; Dr. Kildare!! Liability is the responsibility of the Casino to ensure all areas are free from hazardous areas The carpet was embedded with existing objects where this occurred The carpet was changed weeks later at same area where wifes fall caused by Casinos Negligence The casino should be fixed to pay without exception. As a sovereign nation, this shows descrimination and Prejudice against the Anglos!

What, if anything, did the casino have to do with your wife falling?  Why do you think they owe you money?  They are on Indian land, so they are not subject to normal US laws.

The fact is, the US legal system is so screwed up that most companies prefer to settle even frivolous cases (like 99.9% of slip and fall accidents). This isn't the case elsewhere.  In most other countries, trying to file a slip and fall claim will get you laughed out of court.  Someone falling is generally considered an accident that is nobody else's fault.  The same applies to Indian territory.
