TRIBUTE CREDIT CARD Termination after 3 years on time payments with no notice ATLANTA, Georgia
On Saturday September 5,2009 I got a paper in the mail from them telling me that my account has been closed with no reason.Just saying that I would get a new account number to pay my bill but that my account has been closed and i have been up to dated on all payments.
What I like to know is how they can try to charge me my yearly fee last month then close the account the next month. I called them and they said they where going to put that amount back so i don't owe that to.but i will see when the bill comes.
But why are they closing all these accounts with out telling anyone.Are they closing.Did they get bought out.What is going on.I was Building Credit to Buy a House.This is bull.
