Complaint Review: Tricity Group of Companies

I would like to formally file a complaint against Tri City Group, and Riversbend Village Float Home Inc. dba Riversbend Marina, and its owner Micheal Goodman for illegally re-selling B.C. Hydro to Floathome owners at 400% above the Utilities Commission's set rate.  See attached documents.

I was receiving crazy hydro bills from Riversbend, and I had questioned it.  I had asked for a meter reading, never received it.  In fact, not only did they re-sell B.C. hydro at an exorbent profit, against all of the Float home owners in the marina,  they have double billed me, and to date refuse to provide me with a refund.

 As a result, they have threatened to evict me (based on false accusations), so that their illegal hydro rates would not be made public.  They are now bullying, intimidating my family and friends.

Please note, that I have paid in advance for my moorage and Riversbend owes me monies for hydro.  They are refusing to refund me all of my monies.
