Approximately 1 weeks ago I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM ONE OF YOUR TELEMARKETERS TRYING TO SELL ME YOUR PRODUCT TRICLEAR. I am 52 years old and don't care about acne products, So I refused your free trial period. Well, I guess I really pissed her off when I refused several products she tried to sell me and charge to my Discovercard., because she sent your product triclear anyway.Shipping date Aug 14 2007. So please, Be expecting a return to sender of this product TRICLEAR, along with a copy of my complaint to my Discovercard refusing any money to your company and I have requested to fully investigate you for fraud . So, Please make SURE, I do not get charged for this product and if you have me on your files as trying out your free trial, REMOVE ME! I will ALSO be sending a copy of my complaint to the better buisness bereau ALONG WITH YOUR ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR FRAUDULENT BILLING.

WOW !! Some people just don't get it!! I told you I didn't want the product on the phone !! Why would you send the product anyway? Are all of the employees at Triclear taught to do business this way? My, I would think you would be out of business by now, just in the loss of Shipping! Where I went to school, I DO NOT means, NO/ NO Thank you!
(It doesn't mean NO, but send it to me now Anyway.) Sorry, but I just think that your customer service Dept./ Marketing Reps. need a Refresher Course on Customer relations. Good Luck.
