On Friday November 16, 2007 after returning from my doctors office and being told that I needed to have surgury again for the second time this year. I was sitting on my bed going through my mail and came across a letter from Ontario. I opened the letter and a piece of paper feel to the floor, I picked it up and notice it was check addressed to myself in the amount of $4,955.00. I could not believe my eyes, I read the letter. It said that a drawing was held on November 15th september 2007 with a ticket # on it. The letter said if unclaimed after November 25th that the ticket # will be deemed null and voild. I looked at the date on phone and said man it is the 16th wondering if this is true I need call now...

I read the letter a little further, and it said paricipants were selected through a computer ballot system from over 1,951,000 names in north america as a part of an interantional promotions program. The letter stated a ckeck was enclosed for $4850.00 but was actually was for $4,955.00. I call the number immediately 780-885-5038 an a man answered I was told to deposited the check right a way and not to tell anyone until I had received my total winnings. My son was arriving home at the time and I was so excited I told him about it and he said my be carefully.

He drove me to the bank because I was very excited but told me to deposited the check into an account that had very little money in it. I deposited the check was from a chase account # 190442 022000868 25009524326439 check # 952432643 dated 11/5/2007. I asked the bank representive to make a copy of the check in which she did. I had been so exited over the weeked that I could not sleep. I My aunt called last night after arriving in new york and said lerisa you really won. I think because the sponsors where Publisher's Clearing House and Readers's Digest she really believed it.

get to work this morning and decided to to a little reserch myself, even after my son and aunt both are unbelivers of this type of thing and really thought I had won. I search the company name a came across this website "Rip Off Report' and could not believe my eyes and started to tear up. I tried to call the phone number this morning no answer and the voice mail is full. With all the problems that I have going on now and can't believe this.... I will call the bank now and explain what has just happen. I can not have my work Check which is deposited in to my account be taken from me and Thanksgiving coming up this week. That's all I need....

Scammers I hope you are caught and placed gail were you belong. I will be there to help put you there and provide any help that anyone needs to put you there.

As President of TriDelta Financial Partners, I am deeply frustrated and angered by the thieves who are running this scam.

They have stolen our company name and logo and used it to help support their illegal activities.

My only reason for writing this note is to assure those who have received the letter that we are doing our best to bring the full extent of the law on the perpetrators of this fraud.

I would also like to assure you that TriDelta Financial Partners is a legitimate company based in Canada, that is simply trying to do good business for our clients. We are in no way behind these letters, and are in fact victims. The phone numbers listed on the letters are connected to the criminals and are not connected to our firm.

Yours truly,

Ted Rechtshaffen
President and CEO
