This letter claims a winning of an international lottery in the amount of $724,891.00. They request you to fill out a lottery payment form and fax it with your address and bank information. This letter came via U.S. Mail from Malaga, Spain, with no return address.
The contact person for this is Dr. Javier Martinez. He claims that he will transfer funds after you give receipt for money transfer fees for 1,350.00 euros to an account under the name of Mary Victor.
The Secret Service is also aware of this very letter. Unfortunately it is very hard to catch these criminals, they move around the globe with no trail.
