Trifecta Asset Group is a rental consulting "company" based in Los Angeles. They supposedly "try" to rent out homes to individuals via craigslist type services. They are shady, and will take deposits and "hold" places, until someone offers them more money, and then cancel on the tenant a few days prior to move in. They break agreements and all around do not know how to run a business. The "Principal owner" Mark Hewitt is the most unprofessional business "man" I have ever had to deal with. Please be careful when dealing with this individual/and or this company.

The individual that posted this report was denied because he failed the back ground and income verification that was required by the owner of the unit. Trifecta Asset Group did not make the final decision on credit worthiness for this individual. The property was not rented to someone that paid more. In fact, it is still on the market as of the time of this posting, at a lower rate!
This person is just being vindictive and has no proof of any of the claims he makes in his post. I demand that he explain his allegation of the owner double renting this unit in favor of a higher paying renter.
The picture attached to the report does not belong to the poster. He has stolen it from another site and has posted on this site without permission. I hereby request that Ripoff Report remove this picture or I will be forced to get a cease and desist order from my attorney.
