This company and the CEO Jonathan Mason are a scam. They will take a retainer from you for a telemarketing job and then run with your money. The company is run out of a house in Modesto Ca. Please use www.zillow.com to check the address. The website would lead you to believe it is a large, reputable company but it is in fact a tiny home in Modesto. The CEO is Jonathan Mason and this guy NEVER answers his phone or replies to email. The company does not respond to simple requests for information once they have payment for a job. We are smaller AC repair company and contact Trigger Touch to inquire about an outsourced telesales campaign.

Mr Mason quoted us a price and asked for a retainer up front. We were promised help with designing a script, resumes and references for all people that were to be a part of the calling campaign and emails and samples of what would be sent to clients. We paid the retainer to start the campaign and since then have had absolutely NO LUCK in moving forward.

We were scheduled for a webinar via gotomeeting on FIVE occasions and everytime we called in to the meeting, he was not on the call. He then responded every time with an auto responder type of email explaining some technical issue and the need to reschedule the meeting, promising the the technical issue would be resolved. This is the 2nd straight week we have been attempting to get our money back.

Please do not be scammed by his legitimate looking website. Call his number. The guy is a crook and will keep this updated. I also have searched his company online and found it listed on some work at home websites about the same type of issues with people that have gone to work for him and not getting paid, etc.

I made a huge mistake and filed a fake report against Triggertouch

To whom it may concern:

I am writing in regards to a false report I filed against a company. I am the business owner1 from the original report filed against Triggertouch.

I have submitted two emails to to the rip off report regarding this issue and also submitted a rebuttal/update over two days ago and I have not heard back nor have I seen any update on the site.

I understand the mass quantity of emails and such that you must receive regarding this same issue but the site states that rebuttal will be posted by midnight PST the day they are submitted.

I would like to reiterate the content of my update/rebuttal as the fate of a large deal with the company hangs in the balance. The client has already made reference to Triggertouch regarding the false report.

The facts are that I allowed a momentary lapse in judgment to lead me to the ripoff report and in the interest of exacting some sort of revenge for the perceived slight, I filed a false report. I had no idea what I know today about your site and the fact that reports are permanent and cannot be removed. I falsely assumed that your site was similar to the BBB or the chamber of commerce where they would research a complaint and determine its validity and go from there. I never imagined the consequences would lead to the kind of response that triggertouch is receiving.

The company and president, Trigger Touch Marketing located in Modesto Ca was a company that had initially contacted me about a contract position to work setting appointments. In the course of setting up times for training, etc the company experienced some technical glitches, issues regarding web based meetings, webinars etc. The glitches unknowingly caused some major delays in start times and meetings were in some cases locked out. I had tried to reach the president via email, etc and did not receive any kind of response. I did receive an email mentioning the issues and that they were corrected and then the same thing happened again. I was very angry at the time that I thought I had invested in the company had been wasted and I went to your site and posted a report again, to punish the company and Jonathan for the perceived lack of respect for my time, etc. I submitted the report and almost immediately after received a personal phone call from Jonathan Mason the President explaining the issues and presenting me the option of working with him. He had not been getting any of my correspondence. I can honestly say that in my 20 plus years in corporate America and in my dealings with numerous Fortune 500 companies, I have never encountered a company or founder as professional and passionate as Jonathan Mason and Trigger touch. It makes me sick to my stomach that my 15 minute lapse of judgment can harm or take away from the years of hard work that Jonathan has put into triggertouch and building his company's reputation. I would again ask that you post my update ASAP and again if you have any issues or would like to speak with me personally regarding the report, please contact me back.
I reread the report and the very areas that I chose to attack Jonathan are in fact the reasons why I respect him and Triggertouch so much. I have since joined the company as a contractor and have never had a single issue with being paid, etc. My pay is wired directly into my bank account every second Friday. I understand if your policy is to not remove the reports but I do not understand the delay in posting a follow up that exonerates the company and helps repair the damage that the false report caused. It is 12:00 on Thanksgiving Day and I hope the fact that I have taken time away from spending the day with family and friends to send this letter, shows the importance of this issue and I hope that you can update the report ASAP.

Thanks again,

Joe(businessowner1)

#6REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, November 14, 2008

Someone has posted a fake rip-off report on my company TriggerTouch Marketing.

There is NO heating / AC company in St. Petersburg FLA.

I have never done business with anyone there and I have never received money from anyone there.

The only thing this could be is a competitor or a contractor I chose not to hire and has some grudge.

As you see, this person DID NOT identify themselves or their company.

I would NEVER take a deposit from someone and not perform.

We have been in business 6 years, have NO COMPLAINTS from our clients and a perfect record with the BBB.

We have contacted Rip Off report and are seeking this person's name to take legal action for defamation.
