Timothy Stewart claims to be inventor of FDA appproved treatment system for stroke patients. The company has been collecting funds for 17 years under various incarnations. After the funds are misapropriated Mr Stewart deactivates the company and starts up a new one to solicit more investments. After investing with Mr Stewart it becomes impossible to contact him. Beware of solicitations for investment from this individual.
