Complaint Review: Trilitech LLC

This is my personal opinion and in now way shape or form depicts the opinion of Epic Financial, LLC.  I have 15 years of financial experience and its has come to my attention and appears that www.destroydebt.com, somehow related to Trilitech, LLC and www.credit.com, has decided to target the company Epic Financial, LLC not only with immature questions of who we are, but in my opinion, to place our individual business practice in a negative light (potentially slander but hard to prove and doesn't mean much if convicted). 

Any intelligent web developer knows a forum is controlled by its developer.  Why target legitimate companies when all you are is a lead provider?  You don't even perform a true service other then collect a paycheck when you sell consumer data as a lead to companies who perform the service. 

You act as a service provider or affiliate of a debt settlement company, only to disclaim your services in fine print in you "Terms of Use".  Competition is one thing when it comes to advertising, but when it comes to future legislation, and fair advertising conduct,  I hope the legislation responses coming up in October, 2009 for debt settlement and credit repair reform will set companies like you straight. 

In my opinion, its an unethical trade practice to seek, solicit and or advertise any trade, practice, program, service, business in which you do not conduct business.  You are merely a front.  News Papers were originally designed for legitimate companies to publish their service and now with the worldwide web, we have all these marketing companies acting as if they are the real deal only because they posses a dominant domain name. 

Consumers should be careful when they pick and choose a web site to submit their personal information.  Make sure they are the real deal!
