Complaint Review: Trimas Corporation

On the 6th March 1995, I exported my first towbar bought from Queensland Towbars for export to MY customer in Japan.

In March/April 1995 before I purchased from hayman-reese, stephen steele visited me at Virginia Brisbane as he was concerned that they already had a distributor in Virginia. I assured him that apart from the odd towbar for my own use or for friends, all towbars would be for export to MY customer in Japan & it was agreed they would sell to me as exclusive distributor to Japan.

On the 27th April 1995, I purchased my first towbar from hayman-reese which was for a friend & all the bolts were wrong.

On the 2nd May 1995, I exported my first hayman-reese towbar to MY customer in Japan.

In February 1996, I attended all but one day of the Tokyo International Boat Show & all days of the Tokyo International RV Show (again at my expense) promoting products of Queensland Towbars & hayman-reese, as well as those of dunbier marine & Utilux.

On the 1st July 1996, the accc in its infinite wisdom allowed hayman-reese's parent company trimas corp (an american multi-billion dollar multi-national corporate raider) to aqcuire Queensland Towbars despite protests that from other towbar manufacturers that it would give them a virtual monopoly. I also warned that trimas would close QT down & move production offshore. trimas calims in its own webpages to have 80%+ market share.

MY customer was going to Melbourne to attend the Boat Show & I organised for russell dunbier of dunbier marine to be my proxy at a tour of hayman-reese with MY customer so that I could return to Japan (at my expense) to further promote their products.

On the 4th July 1996, as MY customer was on route to Melbourne, I returned to Japan, again at my expense. Upon my arrival I saw at MY customer's workshop a shipping flat-pack containing a dunbier trailer that had been sent direct to MY customer without my knowledge some 8 months into a 18 exclusive distributorship agreement with dunbier. I understood at that point dunbier was unlikely to be acting in my best interests as proxy as dunbier had already breached our written agreement.

Between the 5th & 9th July 1996 (as masco founder Alex Manoogian lay on his death bed) trimas, dunbier & hirokawa conspired for hirokawa not to pay me & in turn i couldn't pay them.

About the 10th July 1996, MY customer returned to Japan & according to his Office Lady - Michi had a hayman-reese account application form te ne motsu (hand carry). Why would MY customer have an account application form with him then when I was still the ir distributor. It is because hayman-reese, dunbier & MY customer had aggreed to manipulate my funds so that I would go into arrears in the conspiracy to defraud meeting that had just occurred.

17th July 1996, according to the fax sent to me by Kay of hayman-reese my account was still active. This fax was sent to me at MY customer's fax number.

On the 31st July 1996, as MY customer had not paid the outstanding account to me, I could not pay trimas & my account went into arrears.

On the 1st August 1996, according to MY customer's Chief Planner Kenji Nakamura, hayman-reese sent another account application form "to fax", which of course was the fax number that hayman-reese had used previously to send faxes to me. How did they know to send an application form to MY customer the very day after my account went into arrears following MY customer's manipulation of my funds? It was all pre-arranged at the conspiracy to defraud meeting in Melbourne in early 1996.

Once I had found out about the fact that MY business now belonged to MY customer, I confronted steele. steele told me that I was not going to get supply for a new customer as they had their exclusive distributor in Japan & that it was MY customer.

steele told me that MY customer would be supplied at halfway between NBP (my former buy price) & Trade (my former sell price) & this half my former profit margin would go towards paying off my account. This obviously never happened as trimas sold the entire debt off to a debt collector who hounded me incessantly.

Michi & Kenji Nakamura can not both be wrong but could both be right.

On the 17th April 1998, steele a resident of melbourne went to sydney to swear an affidavit that contained deliberate lies with the sole intention of lodging it in the courts in Victoria to get through saunder's vexatious intervention order. The order in Victoria had no effect until it was registered in Queensland which meant that i could not re-enter the automotive windscreen market as my supplier of choice was located directly opposite trimas' Wakerley Brisbane premises & well within the 200 metre exclusion zone,so that i would have no money with which to fight them.

Ever since the Australian gubbermint have hammered me into the ground based on deliberate criminal defamation by hirokawa, trimas & their unwitting misinformers. This has included being unlawfully arrested on 3 occasions with threats by the afp & deprivations of liberty in a mental hospital where i had to prove my sanity & then 8 weeks in jaol without trial without conviction without sentence withour a single sworn affidavit & without a brief of evidence ever being produced, the mental hospital visit was done in a court on the diagnosis by a quack with me totally inrepresented not even by self, not allowed to phone a lawyer, not allowed to refute "evidence" which turned out to be 100% lies by austrade based on what trimas had told them about me.

trimas, dunbier & hirokawa left me with no money in a foriegn country and in my opinion trimas are lower that the lowest form of scum that do not deserve to be at liberty to destroy anyone else's lives.

In some of the following lonks trimas refer to the Japan as one of their markets. Japan is not trimas' or dunbier's market at all it is mine & i want it back or adequate compensation taking into account the FACT that i have lost more than 11 years income & have lost my liberty. utterly reprehensible criminal dogs deserve to be in the dog yard.

then they are going to sell cequent out for 90-100 million to some sucker that thinks they are buying a virtual monopoly, but will have a rude awakening when all the cheap made in thailand rubbish starts flooding in.
