Complaint Review: Trimfire

Spouse saw a TV add or show featured Dr. Oz regarding these items. Add pop up on her phone says for free trial pay shipping and handling (~ $4) no charge for products. She ordered Gardinia and Fokskin. I checked bank online and found charges for $79.94 and about 69.95 ( do not have bank window open so this is apporox for folkskin). NO WHERE on their site is this mentioned. If it is mentioned, it is in very small type. Called the 888 number to stop future orderes and was told that this was a auto ship account. They sent confirming emails that verified account is cancelled however, at this point I checked ROR and found several complaints about not only this company for the same thing (free trial) but also noted several different companies with the same complaint. I SUSPECT that this is the same group of operators that change their name to dilute the number of complaints. This is only my gut, I have no proof of that. After reading that to cancel is near impossible, I plan to cancel her ATM after the replacement arrives in mail.
