Complaint Review: TrimGensis Product

 I found it on Facebook where Dr. Oz is showing how a woman lost ?? Pounds using Froskolin . It gives her whole story and suggests you try a trial sample. No where on this page or on the site forthe order of the trial sample does it mention it is a membership. You read everything you see nothing suggests it is a membership unless you read in very small print the Terms and conditions. So you order the trial sample of Froskolin an get a bottle of Trim Genesis Garcinia Cambogia as well. Total $9.95 free shipping (no prepaid cards are accepted - you see why below). Still no mention of a membership. However if you do manage to see the tiny box at the very very bottom of the screen marked Terms and Conditions and read it. You are actually signing up for a membership. You have 14 days to try the product and cancel the membership. However it takes 30-60 days for the product to work. I told him if the product takes 30-60 days to work and you have only 14 days to cancel that was not fair. Actually I told him they had a nice rip-off going on. At the end of 14 days if you don't cancel, they charge your account $79.95 and will continue to send you the product every month and charge your account $79.95 a month.. The CSR I talked to said he could not do anything about the $79.95 because it was listed in the Terms and Conditions even though I told him it would put my checking account in the red. He kept trying to sell me the membership and lowering the fee and finally lowered the membership fee to $19.95 a month for life and would send me an extra bottles of the product to help with the $79.95 charge. I told him NO. I wanted to you use my prepaid checking card, but they don't accept those only credit cards and checking cards. Now you see why.
