I've been in my Trinity Custom Home for over a year now, and I've been reporting since last year, that I've got a few leaks around two windows and a bad leak around my fireplace. I've called and talked to Fred Doss and David Hollis about my problems and I was told that they would get right on it and get those fixed. But I've haven't heard back from them and the leaks are still there. And it's been over 6 months since I've talked to them. If you're going to use TCH, I'd think long and hard before I signed to get them to build anything. I've also reported that something on top of my fireplace on the outside, was staining my sideing, but also I was told the same thing and NOTHING was done. Seem to me that after closeing they seem to forget about you, and you on your own.

Update: My Trinity Warranty Issues Have Been Resolved, Villa Rica, Georgia

These guys really do want to know your problems!

Fred Doss from Trinity Custom Homes contacted with me concerning my earlier report on this website. He came to the house to investigate the problems that I made and offered to repair the issues. He did an inspection of the problems I had and found that they were warranty issues. And the work crew came out the same day and made the repairs and even fixed a couple of other things.

I'd like to thank Fred and Trinity Custom Homes making the effort to make things right. Im still not sure about who knew what about what problems or when, but I think it was bad communication, some of it on my part my not going through the right channels, but also some it on their part, but again, I thank Fred and his work crew on the repairs. The company made good on the repairs and I am satisfied.

Other than these things I am well satisfied with my Trinity Custom Home. The building code that my home was built to was far better than many local builders in my area.

One thing though, just make sure that if there is a problem that you let the builder know, even bug them every day if you have too. It's easy to miss problems during the build and at the end of the build when you want to get in your home ASAP. Check out the build daily if you can and report any problems you have and theyll work with you.
