Complaint Review: TRINITY PUBLIC RELATIONS

I was asked to purchase magazines from a young gentleman walking door to door. He claimed he was being trained in sales by a job-core program. He had to sell so many magazines for points and my magazine put him to the top, HAHAHA. I waited the 120 days as stated on my receipt and began calling for a refund or delivery.

I have now been waiting 200 days! I have called and left messages on the "voice-mail" once a week. Nothing, Nada! Once I was called back and told a refund would be in the mail and I could expect it in 30-35 days! That has been 2 months ago.
