Trinity Remediation, Danny Stewart aka Trinity Construction ripoff! There are many negative BBB reports against them and I took them to small claims court, but the company has not paid judgement yet. Houston Texas
I hired trinity remediation to remediate my home and they stored our items and broke some items. I took them to small claims court and trinity was ordered to pay $325.00 plus court cost. This was ordered on November 19th 2003 and the company still has not paid. I had to put a lein on the company.
The owner, Danny Stewart, was not honest in court. Trinity Construction, which is also Trinity Remediation services, has had several complaints at Houston BBB. Trinity is no longer a member. His website will not post my complaint I wrote them. I have all paper work to back up my complaint. I was not happy with this company and found them not to be an honest company. I would not refer this company to anyone from my experience with them. I will pass this website to all the people I can.
