Dear Sirs: I recieved a post card in the mail to improve my credit line by purchasing a credit card from Triple Gold Benefits Group, in Plattsburgh, NY 12901. I allowed them to enter my savings account @ Members 1st in Pennsylvania, in which was done, when I tried to contact them, I could never get a hold of them to refund my money..I have never requested purchases, I
just wanted to establish better credit.

I have tried over and over to reach this company and have never been able to reach their customer service represenitive Jonathan Silver. I see you have had complaints about this company before..The comment you
have made about people and poor credit, is untrue..raise a couple of children and try to stay above all means..It causes problems.. (single parent)..I have since tried desperately to salvage some kind of credit and not file bankrupcy..and there are companies out there doing this to consumers.

This information came from our U.S mail isn't this considered federal crime??? Thank you Laurel Linsenbach
