Signed contract for french doors, specific design, paid $3,000 and never doors that were ordered, contractor threatened us and screamed at us when we would ask for rendering or photos of progress. Contractor promised to have them installed in 8-10, a month later had nothing to show for our investment. Contractor continues to fail to resolve after 6 months, contractor has ignored attorney letter of demand. He has in affect stolen $3,000 from us.

Triple R Doors & WIndows was contracted by Paul & Mimi Howard of Pearland, Texas to install an entire wall of french doors. The doors were measured to be installed. They paid for the doors, the doors were ordered to be built and were delivered to their home in the promised time frame. Mrs. Howard began complaining before the door units were even built and would not let us finish the work to her satisfaction ... because that is impossible. She paid for doors that she has received. A complaint was filed with the BBB and was resolved through them. A refund will not be given. Triple R Doors stands behind all of our customers 100%. We do excellent work and provide good prices. The information this customer is providing is untrue and incorrect.
