Trial offer for Resveratrol ordered on line. Once product received, I attempted to call and cancel order and receive return instructions on product that was sent from China. Reading thru the terms and conditions of agreement, customer service could be reached via phone or email, however, no phone number was given. I attempted to respond via email only to have my email undeliverable to address given.

Shortly after receiving the sample, I also received an email from customer support thanking me for my order and since I had not contacted them to return my trial offer, my credit card would be charged $85.90. Again I attempted to email the customer support address given, which was different from the address given on the website, and again my email was undeliverable.

At the end of June 2009, I received another shipment of their product and returned it as being refused (this shipment also came from China). My card was charged for $85.90 on 6/15/2009. I have attempted several times to call the phone number given on my banking withdrawl only to be left on hold for over 20 minutes.
