I filled out all there forms proved my devices where damaged beyond a resonable doubt 100% accurate info documentation records pictures warranty repair work documentation 250,000 dollar policy about 500.00 in damage called manufacturers keurig etc. an got price to 120.00 tripplite only paid 60.00 an promised to send htrl15ups I agreed an later was told sorry youll also have to change your choice I have also noticed cyberpower is 1/4 price same specs more features usb power on there ups so im thinking cyberpower is my next company for power protection.
