Complaint Review: Tristar Platinum Credit Card

10-11-2002 phone call to have tristar platinum store value card. To enroll the fees are $194.00. I said ok, give them my cheking account and then nothing happens for a month.

I called coustomer service and get the same voice every time I call. She is a profesional thief she has different names and codenumbers she is well trained to help the tristar platinum awards card.

After a long time they send me a package but I get so mad when I see that inside the package there isn't anything that she said there would be.

After that I asked them to cancel my card and return my money back still nothing.
