Originally Spoke with Junior Delibe on December 10,2002. They took out 194.90 from my checking account and when I got the material in February, 2003 nothing was a promised. Called on February 28th for a refund.

I was told to return the package and I would be issued a refund. I returned the package by 2-day priority mail with signature confirmation. When I called them back on the 14th of March, I was told that they did not receive the package yet. I informed them that the package was received on the 3rd of March and that I had the name of the person who signed for it.

She then told me that I would receive a refund by the 26-27th of March. When I still had not received a refund by the 27th, I phoned them and was told it would be to me by the 31st of March or 1st week of April.

I still have yet to receive a refund and it is May 14th, 2003. Now when I call I do not even get a ring, or I stay on hold and when I get transfered to a live person I suddenly get disconnected.

I have filed reports with the BBB in Atlanta, the Federal Trade Commission and recently with the US Postal Service. The USPS has sent a letter to the company warning them to resolve the matter and that they will be investigating my claim against them.

I urge other peoplw who have been scammed by this company to file a report with the USPS so that other people will not be ripped off!!!
