Complaint Review: FOSDICK CORP DbaTRISTAR PRODUCTS - United States Postal Service

1/9/03 I ordered from a print ad the pasta pot express and paid $31.97 with US Postal MO #04728736787. This MO cleared the Postal Service 1/23/03. I called 3/19/03 and was told by "Mike" they were out of stock but getting more.

I received a card 3/28 reiterating the OS situation. I called 4/7/03 to cancel & was told it had been shipped 4/4/03. As of 4/12/03 this so called shipment has not been received. They have been sitting with my postal money order money for 79 days, I have not received the goods ordered and they will not refund my money.

I have notified the USPO Investigation section and written to Ms. Jamie Schmidt who is identified as the principal of this company on the BBB web site.

"Mike"'s 'just call' input is a ripoff lie since I spoke with him and still haven't received my money or my order.
