TRISTAR PRODUCTS GENI5E SLIM JEGGINGS GENIE SLIM JEGGINGS ON 03-25-2015 THE CHECK CLEARED MY BANK ON 03-05-2015 CALLED THE COMPANY TODAY I HAVE SPOKEN TO 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THEY ALL HAVE SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ORDER THE LAST PERSON I SPOKE TO SAID PLEASE ALLOW A COUPLE MORE WEEKS MY CHECK HAS BEEN CASHED BY THEM BUT THEY DO NOT PUT ME INTO THEIR SYSTEM UNTIL THE ORDER IS FILLED I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CAN NOT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT MY ORDER I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB IN NEW JERESY AND THEY ARE SENDING ME A LETTER TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THEM I JUST WANT MY JEANS WALLINGFORD Connecticut

i sent in a check along with an order form to genie slim jegging on 02-25-2015 to get the buy 1 get 2 free offer the check cleared my bank on 03-05-2015 i kept the rest of the paper of the order form i mailed my check to genie slim jeggies p.o. box 3125 26 barnes industrial rd. north dept. slj-ss1 wallingford ct. 06494 so today i called just to check on my order starting with the 1st of 7 people i spoke to each on e asked me my name and zip code each one told me they could not find my order the

7th person i spoke to by this time i am crying told me even though my check has cleared my bank it could take another couple of weeks before my name is in their system this i dont not at all understand one bit if they have cashed my check then why am i not in their computer system they could not even tell me the size i ordered nothing i have contacted the bbb in new jersery they are sending me a form to file agasint them i order items through the mail all the time i have never had to go through something like this before i really just want5 my jeans what do i do this is just so crazy i need help
