After contacting them a day after I purchased and tried the product, they informed me that I would have to pay the shipping and handling cost out of pocket. I have never had to do this before and it is mine and many other peoples opinion that such a company should not exist. Special cercumstances should be clearly and plainly displayed on their web pages. This kind of business is going to discourage customers and damage busines for more honest businesses. I would like for them to refund my shipping cost of $88.73 which I suspect they will not do.
