The product Jack La Lanne Power Juicer was not dishwasher safe. Before I ever turned it on I put the plastic parts in to the dishwasher, the pulp catcher and the Juicer press both warped and the product became unusable. I will be sending it back.
In my opinion they gave guarantees which are false advertising.
