I ordered two of the pasta kettles from them. They were to be Easter gifts -- never received them. Contacted the company told them I wanted to cancel order. They sent me a card, which I filled out immediately and sent back to them. A couple of days ago, I received the kettles. I have since purchased them from a department store.

I contacted the company again and they refused to cancel order -- I have already been billed -- I was told to bring the large box back to the post office -- I am 85 years old and this was a difficult task for me to do.

They would not help me and stated they received the card after the items were shipped (which I am sure was not the fact since I returned it immediately). They were very rude -- I will never do business with this company again and have informed many people of the way I was treated.
