Tristar Products ripoff business from hell WAlingford Connecticut
On Jan. 4, 2003, I ordered the Pasta Pot by phone. I waited and waited.
On March 13, I received a card saying the pots would be mailed within 30 days. If I wished to cancel my order, just return part of the card with my signature and it would stop.
I returned the card on March 14, 2003.
What to my wondering eyes should appear on March 20? The stupid pots.
In the meantime, living on disability, I spent the money to be used for the pots. It left me a little over four dollars in the bank.
They took the money from my account AND the bank charged me $27.00 in over-draft charges. I was able to sell the pots to a neighbor who felt sorry for me but I feel the company owes me the $27.00.
