I filed an earlier report about ordering the pasta express pots and receiving only the big one.

Their main headquarters is based at:

Tristar Products
4 Century
Parsippany, NJ 07054

Since then I notified the Better Business Bureau in Trenton, NJ and I also notified The Attorney General Office here in Arizona where I live. They mailed me a letter back saying they forwarded my complaint to:

Attorney General of New York
Consumer Frauds & Protection
120 Broadway, 3rd Floor
New York, NY 10271

So the above address is where you mail your complaints to.
Unless enough people report them to the above address and also the BBB in Trenton, New Jersey nothing will be done to stop these people from continuing their fraudulent practices.

A woman by the name of Gwen who is with Tristar Products called me on the telephone after hearing from the Better Business Bureau in Trenton, NJ. She said she wanted to talk to me before replying to the BBB. I am sure this conversation was recorded though she didn't say it was. Hmmm that must be another fraudulent practice. Anyway she said she would look and see if she could find the smaller pot and send me. Also she said I misread the ad advertizing the pasta pots. I didn't misread the ad.

So in short it pays to complain to the Attorney General in New York and to the BBB in Trenton, New Jersey.

Thanks to all who read this and follow my suggestions
