I was charged $40.00 for two pasta pot express sets. The sets was to include the large pot plus a small pot, chopper and grater and receipe book. I received the large pot about 3 weeks ago, but have not received the complete sets. I feel that I have been ripped off.

Phone calls to the company failed to correct the situation.

They steal your money and don't deliver.

I have worked for the pasta pot company in question for over seven years. What you have described here is a common instance of a marketing technique called 'overpromising.' You see, it is a great way for us to make business (aka a quick sale). We promise a huge diverse array of merchandise but in reality only send the main featured item. That is after all what you wanted in the beginning right? (A pasta pot?) The extras are simply thrown in to attract the customer's eye and hopefully place an order. The extra items, we hope, will be long forgotten once the order is processed and delivered to the customer. Apparently in this case you remembered the extras, but in most cases this is not the case. This is a legal practice endorsed by many consumer protection agencies. If you do not like it you may send your pasta pot back to us. But please be informed that we will only refund the cost of the pot, and will be keeping the amount you spent on 'shipping and handling'.
