Complaint Review: Tristar Products

Ordered Pasta pot express from Tristar Porducts 1/08/2003 for 2 sets of the pasta pots. Senta check in theamount of 31.97. Received a postcard notice 3/24/03 asking us if we would like to cancel we didn't want to wait for the backorder and we waited it would be in 30 more days. Check was cashed in Feb,2003. Order nuber of product A1471pots/2.

Called th 800-phone last night, they said they were only an order center and gave me a number for customer service and phone number is always busy, looked phone number up on the internet and it is 1-203-265-9477 and is listed under the name: Maryan Decusati and the address is 1 Giantview Rd, Wallingford, CT 06492-3309. Called again today and it is still busy. The people that answered the 800 number sound like they are out there somewhere and did not even know about the product I called about. How can thy be allowed to advertise and the Sunday Parade if they are scam artists?
