I ordered the Pasta Pot Express on or about January 26, 2003. TriStar cashed my check relatively quickly (within 2 weeks) but it's now almost mid-April and I've yet to receive my order.

Am guessing from what I'm reading online that this company has a pretty bad reputation. Add me to the disgruntled list.

It's bad enough to pay for something and wait more than 2 months and still have nothing to show for my expense- I can't believe what I'm reading about the quality of what TriStar offers. It appears that, even if I'm fortunate enough (and I use the term "fortunate" loosely) to actually receive what I pay for, I'll be displeased with the goods.

Thanks for being a sounding board and for looking out for consumers.
