Complaint Review: Tristar Products

I ordered a Pasta Pot Express on January 29, 2003. They said to expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. It is now April 8, 2003 and I still do not have a pasta pot.
My check was cashed in mid-February so I know they received it. I have tried to call them and nobody has answered the phone.

It is very annoying that our media would advertise for these companies and don't verify their legitimacy.
Even though it was only $21, I want my money back. It's ridiculous that you can't even order something for your kitchen without getting screwed!
