Complaint Review: Tristar Products

I ordered the Pasta Pots early March, 2003. Kept looking at my bank statement to see if they processed my order.

I then received a card stating that there was a delay and if I did want the merchandise do not return the card, I returned the card on 4-18-03 and they deducted from my checking account the money on 4-23-03.

When I received my order (only one pot was enclosed) I called 1-203-265-9477 on 5-5-03 and was told the other pot will be shipped in 4-5 weeks and it is now 7-14-03 and nothing. I tried calling again today and kept getting recording all lines busy, etc.
