Complaint Review: TriStar Products

I ordered (2 sets) of pasta pans and sent a check on February 2, 2003.

The check has cleared the bank and I still do not have any pans and it is April 19, 2003.

I feel this is a rip off and this company should have to pay the money back. I will never order from flyers in the newspaper again. That is a sham, because I placed orders from three different companies that day and have received all the pasta pans. I want my money back now. I don't want the pans any more.
