Complaint Review: Tristar Products Simplique

I ordered the Simplique Hair Remover Set as I saw the infomercial on Tv one night. I was told it cost $13.95 plus 4.65 for shipping and handling and was told that my bill would be $18.60 and that the state of Texas has no tax on this product.

About 30 minutes later I decided i really didn't need this product and i called the number to cancel my order. The lady i spoke with told me my order was cancelled, they will not ship it to me and they will not credit my account. About three weeks later there was this Simplique product in my mail. Firstly there is the Wallingford address on the package which I am now learning is not correct. There is no call back number or customer service number.

I called the number of this other company who i made the order through and they are telling me they do not deal with Simplique customer service the only take orders and they have no contact number for this company. that is bull....! I am so angry, my account was credited $20.95 and i don't know where that figure came from. I am going to fight this till that company pays for all the spam they are performing on innocent comsumers if it's the last thing I do!!!!!
