I purchased a yellow Steam Buggy through a TV ad. The main steam jet nozzle broke, the squeegee broke the first time I tried to do a window with it, and the scrubbing nozzle attachment had brushes so flimsy that they flattened almost immediately with any scrubbing pressure.

I called the company last summer to order replacement parts. They took my credit card information but sent no parts. Now I am trying again and find that after two days of trying 30 times or more the customer service number given out (800-558-0420)just gives a constant busy signal.

The company number from Yahoo yellow pages is 610-929-7458 but when called they direct you to another number 610-371-0700 which is a recording which leads you back to the same number and busy signal.

The recall number 800-858-1173 gets you a real person but it's not their division. They won't give out any other number. They said they will have someone call me. Nobody has.

In the meantime, I tried 973-683-1000 (thanks William!)and was put through to a woman named Gwen James who also won't give out another number but says she'll have someone call. She says calls are being forwarded because they've moved, and her new number will be 973-575-5400 ext. 112. I'll keep you posted.
