Tristar Products Steam Buggy rip off. Paid $259.00-real cost $66.00. Wallingford Connecticut
I ordered a Steam Buggy on Oct. 7, 2007 from a TV ad. The cost was $259.00. I recieved it 2 weeks later. Used it a couple of times since that period. On Nov.21,2007, it broke, the tip on the buggy broke off in a tip while cleaning a grill. There is no phone number to call Tristar Products. I found out that a Steam buggy on the internet is $66.00. So I overpaid this broken macine by $200.00. And now I can't even use it. I would like to know how to get this thing fixed, or returned for a full refund.
