I ordered the Perfecter in August, received it within a week, did not like, returned in two weeks, they have now charged my credit card three times for 33.50.When I call them they say they have no record of it, that it takes time to get it recorded from the warehouse. They sure have no problem getting it shipped. If the product is so good there should not be so many returns
