Ordered Pasta Pot from ad in the Sunday paper on Jan 4. Check was cleared on 1/31 as of 3/17/03 no pot! I have never had anything like this happen before and I order by mail frequently.

I spoke with Customer Service (they have a bogus number on their web page, but 1-800-558-0420 is working, at least for today - so hurry!) I was told the pots were on back order so I requested a refund. I will keep you posted.
